1969 Charger designed by John Payne that we built for him. He is a creative artist with an incredible ability to explain his vision of a project in a way that impassions everybody around him. His determination and drive learned from the Marines made him a great part of the build team.
This car started life off pretty bad as the guys that had it before him used sheet metal from washing machines and drywall screws to put it together. When it was sent to the media blaster the called to say that the bondo on the roof was as thick as a quarter. That didn't sound bad until he sent a photo of the quarter standing on its end and the bondo was higher! But John had the body repaired and the results are amazing.
